1. Go to https://www.ayamart.sg/
2. Find the products that you want and click "Add to Cart". You may adjust the quantity after clicking "Add to Cart" or upon checkout.
3. When you’re done with shopping, click the shopping cart icon (near bottom of screen if using mobile phone or top right corner on a desktop). Confirm your items and click "Checkout"
4. Enter your name/mobile number/Email/delivery address/Delivery Date & Time and then click "Confirm Purchase"
5. Make payment through PayNow / Local Bank Transfer within 2 hours. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of your order.

There is no minimum order! Delivery Charges vary as shown:

After submitting an order, you will receive an email confirmation with a receipt of order together with an issued order number. Please note that a confirmation of receipt of order does not guarantee stock availability; if any item(s) are unavailable for delivery, you will receive a full refund of those item(s).

If you would like to make changes to your order, please inform us via Whatsapp 86143458 as early as possible. Include your name and order number. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Please let us know as early as possible so we can cancel and process a refund back to your mode of payment. If your order is already in delivery transit, a cancellation fee of $20.00 will be imposed.

PayNow / Local Bank Transfer

Oops! 😞 We apologise for the out of stock product! While we do our best to ensure that all the products listed on the website are in stock, there will be instances where a product you ordered is unavailable (either partially or entirely) after you placed an order. We sincerely apologise and we will contact you to suggest a replacement or issue you an immediate refund. Rest assured, you will only be charged for the items that are delivered to you.

Depending on your order value, you may be entitled for free delivery. Delivery fees are based on the following:

We are constantly trying to improve service and everyday convenience to you. Deliveries to you are normally made between 1 pm and 9 pm Monday to Sunday. In order to keep shipping fees low or free for you, our carriers are unable to provide an exact time of delivery. We seek your understanding in this respect. If, however, you require delivery at an urgent or specific time window, an additional charge of $10 will be applicable. To do so, please indicate in the comments section upon checkout and we will liaise with you further.

We aim to be as accessible to you as possible. We are able to deliver to most residential addresses and offices in mainland Singapore.

However, some locations incur a lot of waiting or administrative time (such as queuing for security clearance, changing passes) or entry/parking fees and it is not economical for our couriers to make deliveries there. Hence, we regret that we are unable to deliver to these areas at this time:

Orders made to addresses that cannot be delivered will be notified and will receive a full 100% refund.

Please ensure that you are able to personally receive the order at your scheduled timeslot. Otherwise, please reschedule the delivery by informing us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery timeslot. In the event that you are not able to inform us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery and no one was present to receive the order during the chosen delivery timeslot or if you choose to cancel the order only after the driver has arrived as delivery location, AYAmart reserves the right to charge the customer a re-delivery fee of $20.00.

It is recommended that you or someone is at the delivery address to receive the items. Otherwise, we are able to leave your items at the door as per your request, however do note that we will not be liable for any missing item(s).

Please notify us as early as possible!In the event that no one was present to receive the order during the chosen delivery timeslot at the scheduled delivery address or a change of delivery address is requested after the driver has arrived at the given delivery location, AYAmart reserves the right to charge the customer a re-delivery fee of $20.00.
